My Journey

I am a fitness trainer and wellness coach with over 10 years of experience in coaching. Since 2014, I've been helping clients achieve their fitness goals, all while being a mom of three. My journey has taken me from being a fitness and healthy living enthusiast, participating in fitness-bikini competitions, to establishing stable and comfortable relationships with fitness and my body.

My Formula: Fitness and a healthy lifestyle are essential for prolonging our ability to walk gracefully in high heels while holding a glass of good wine.

My Principle: Comfortable integration of fitness into daily life, without strain, extreme goals, or deadlines, yet with efficiency and results.

My Approach: A combination of joint mobility, flexibility, stabilization, core muscle work, and strength training.

What I Offer

My approach is perfect for you if:

  • You experience back pain occasionally or frequently, struggle with posture, or have a protruding belly.

  • You lack the energy to stay active throughout the day.

  • You’ve recently given birth, or it’s been a while, but you haven’t returned to your pre-pregnancy shape.

  • You want to improve your body composition by reducing fat and building muscle.

I offer online consultations and home training sessions if you are within my service area. I can conduct a thorough assessment of your body, determine your fitness goals, and create a tailored workout program.
