Balance: Improve stability and core strength with exercises designed to enhance balance and address postpartum recovery concerns or changes in bone density during menopause. Resistance: Rebuild muscle tone and strength through resistance training that is adapted to postpartum recovery needs or the potential impact of menopause on muscle mass. Low-Impact Cardio: Engage in low-impact cardiovascular exercises that are suitable for postpartum women or menopausal individuals who may prefer exercises that are gentle on joints.
