Through a consultation, I can assess your body's patterns and identify issues such as upper and lower crossed syndromes, pelvic tilt syndrome, and other posture-related problems. These issues can be effectively addressed using my tailored programs. Additionally, the consultation includes cardio fitness testing and body parameter measurements, including body fat percentage analysis. Furthermore, I specialize in addressing concerns such as diastasis recti and weakness in the pelvic floor muscles. These specific issues will be taken into account when creating your individualized training plan. After the consultation, you will receive a personalized workout plan that can be implemented either independently or with my guidance online or in person. Together, we will work towards improving your posture, addressing diastasis recti, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, and achieving your fitness goals.
