Body Recompositing Challenge


Body recomposition training is a fitness approach that focuses on simultaneously building muscle and losing fat. This challange involves a combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise with elements Tabata training, HIIT, Amrap and other as well as careful attention to nutrition and calorie intake. Body recomposition training can be challenging, but it can lead to significant improvements in body composition and overall health. You get 3 training per week, 10 exercise per session. You need yoga matt, bosu balance ball, wrist and ankle weights 1 and 2 Lbs.
